Welcome to Casa Sarita, a beautiful 5 bedroom villa located on the golf course in the exclusive gated community of Puerto Aventuras. This community’s convenient location allows easy access to the amusement and eco parks in the area, as well as cenotes, beautiful beaches and Mayan Ruins.
Casa Sarita, a modern, spacious villa, nestled in a lush tropical garden is built and finished to the highest standards, and equipped with everything you need for a superb tropical vacation. The villa is about a 8 minute walk to the beach.
Sarita offers all the comforts of a luxury home in the 3 bedrooms on the second floor, and 1 bedroom on the first floor in the main house. The 5th bedroom has a private entrance but can also be accessed from the main house. All bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and quality linens. All bedrooms have marble en-suite bathrooms, air condition and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms have walk-in closets and the bathrooms are equipped with a jetted tub.
As you enter the villa you will be greeted by the light, open and airy rooms, from the 30 ft ceiling in the living room, to the dining room to the kitchen. If relaxation is what you crave there are several spaces where you can do just that. You can relax and enjoy the views of the gardens and private pool from the covered terraces on the 2nd floor and from the patio on the 1st floor. The 4th bedroom has a terrace overlooking the front court yard. Relax with a book in the sitting area on the second floor, or in the seated areas on the covered porch overlooking the tranquil courtyard with the relaxing fountain. Prefer to take in some sun? Walk out to the covered patio and pool deck and relax in the lounge chairs and couch set, while you listen to the birds that are often heard in the backyard. There are dining spaces inside and on covered patio. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped and you can ask about having your personal cook in your villa.
The private 2 level pool can be enjoyed by adults and children a-like as there is a level for everyone.
Have a drink at the outdoor bar while you barbecue and listen to your favorite music from the speaker system with iPod hookup.
Some other special touches of this villa are oversized showers, hand crafted furniture and quality woodwork, high ceilings, fine marble throughout, impressive columns, large wood closets and cupboards with generous storage and a beautiful living room chandelier.
The Villa has a manager that will greet you at the Villa when you arrive, get you familiar with the Villa and area, and is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. There is a full time maid in the Villa to do the daily cleaning tasks around the Villa and a garden/poolman that keeps the grounds and pool in perfect condition.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Mexico! Our group included 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6–8), and the house was perfect for us. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We chose to rent this property over staying at an all-inclusive resort and it was the best decision! The adults wanted spring break too! Being able to enjoy the house and pool while the kids slept nearby gave us the peace of mind we wouldn’t have had in a hotel.The highlight was definitely the private pool—it gets tons of sun and was a hit with both the kids and adults. Alfredo was fantastic and kept the pool and yard in pristine condition. He even helped us open a coconut, which the kids loved!Myra, the housekeeper, came daily and kept everything spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Valerie, the property manager, was super responsive and helpful from the start. She stocked the house with groceries before our arrival, so we felt at home right away.The location felt very safe and was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach. We all agreed we’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to friends and families.
